Organisational Management Training

We have developed and delivered training on the knowledge, resources and tools required to develop and manage sustainable community-based organisations.

This has been successfully delivered to three groups of participants from a range of diverse communities to enhance their skills in strategic planning, governance, project management, event management and fundraising.
